Abauble (the planet) is in many ways like Earth, and in many ways unlike Earth. Abauble is about 12,800 miles around at the equator and has slightly less land area than Russia, which exists nearly excclusively along the equator, save for a minor continent in the northern hemisphere and the small but extant southern pole (Abauble has no north pole). Days are approximately 32 hours on Abauble, and a year is 212 days. Compared to Earth, there is little climatic variation on Abauble due to the nature of where the land masses are located, as well as its small size. Qomelles enjoy a relatively narrow and comfortable temperature range throughout their year, and their planet is excessively wet, leading to plentiful rainfall.
